Hello, I’m super interested in your product. I installed the trial (on windows 7) and when I go to run I get an error “macros cannot be executed.” Any idea on how to troubleshoot this? Thanks,

You must use Excel as other softwares are not compatible to run ShopCalc properly. Also your security level is set to ‘high’ or macro disabled when opening the workbook..

Okay, I just enabled all macros in excel 2010 and restarted both programs. Still getting the same error. Thanks for the quick response though.

Could you give more detailed info on your machine specs and how you are running ShopCalc…? I’ve been unsuccessful in trying to create the error that you are receiving….

I’m using an Asus desktop CM5675 with a Intel Core i5 3.2 GHz.
I have 6GB of RAM and am on windows 7 64 bit system. I have Office 2010 but here is something I just realized. I had a trial of office 2010 that came with the computer and was never activated. Yesterday I had installed another copy of Office I owned (since I know you needed excel) not realizing there was a trial version on here. Now I just removed the trial version and my new copy still works just not with your software yet. If these two copies existed at the same time on this computer than could your software be pointing to the place where the trial was?
That’s probably super confusing huh?

Confusing, yes… lol. I’ll check into it, it may be a few days to resolve it, if I’m able to reproduce the error.
